Closed road circuit at York Sport Village, YORK, Lakeside Way, YO19 5LA.

£4.00 per session payable on the night, please sign on & pay at the Portakabin by the cycle circuit.

Safe, effective progressive training sessions to develop fitness & skills, perfect preparation for youth and junior riders who want to compete in circuit and road races in 2015. The aim to bridge the gap from club activity to the Regional Schools of Racing programme.

You will need a road bike in good working order. It will need to be equipped with mud guards but doesn’t need lights. These sessions run right through the winter so ensure you come prepared for the weather conditions, this includes thick gloves, rain jacket and over shoes.

All the fuel you will need to keep you going for 2 hours of training! And something for afterwards!

Sessions are club led with support from British Cycling’s Regional Performance Pathway and Go-Ride coaches.
